This AI Disclosure Policy explains how AI technologies may be used when interacting with our services.
By communicating with us through SMS, email, website chat, social media, or other communication channels, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described below.

Users understand that they may not always be communicating directly with a human representative. When appropriate, AI systems may identify themselves as automated assistants.
3. Human Oversight
Although AI systems may operate autonomously in certain situations, human personnel may monitor communications, review conversations, intervene when necessary, and modify AI-generated responses. Not all communications are reviewed by a human before delivery.
4. No Professional Advice
AI-generated communications are provided for informational and administrative purposes only. AI systems do not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, insurance, medical, mental health, or professional consulting advice. Users should consult licensed professionals regarding matters requiring professional expertise.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy, AI systems may occasionally generate incomplete or inaccurate information, misinterpret requests, provide outdated information, make scheduling errors, or generate unintended responses. Users should independently verify important information before relying upon it. Blue Engine does not warrant that AI-generated responses will always be accurate, complete, or error-free.
6. Appointment Scheduling Disclaimer
AI systems may assist in scheduling, confirming, reminding, and managing calendars. Users remain responsible for independently verifying appointment details. Blue Engine shall not be liable for missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, calendar errors, incorrect booking information, or third-party calendar failures.
7. Recording and Storage of Communications
Communications involving AI systems may be recorded, logged, monitored, analyzed, and stored for purposes including service delivery, quality assurance, system improvement, compliance, security, and training. Communication records may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Use of Data for System Improvement
Information collected during communications may be used to improve system performance, enhance customer experience, improve response quality, train internal workflows, and develop future service capabilities. Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Client-Provided Information
When our services are used on behalf of business clients, AI systems may communicate using information provided by the client. Blue Engine does not independently verify lead quality, customer data accuracy, consent records, or information provided by clients. Clients remain solely responsible for the information they provide.
10. AI Limitations
Users acknowledge that AI systems are not human beings, do not possess independent judgment, may misunderstand context, may occasionally provide incorrect information, and operate based upon algorithms and available data. AI systems should be viewed as communication tools and administrative assistants rather than decision-makers.
11. Prohibited Reliance
Users agree not to rely solely upon AI-generated communications for legal decisions (including contracts, lawsuits, estate planning, or legal rights), financial decisions (including investments, securities, retirement planning, or wealth management), medical decisions (including diagnosis, treatment, medication, or healthcare decisions), or emergency situations. AI systems are not emergency-response systems. If immediate assistance is required, contact appropriate emergency services.
12. Acceptable Use
Users may not use our AI systems for:

- Fraud
- Scams
- Identity theft
- Harassment
- Spam
- Deceptive practices
Restricted Content
- Hate speech
- Threats

- Adult content

Misrepresentation
- Impersonating others

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Engine shall not be liable for damages arising from AI-generated content, scheduling errors, communication failures, response inaccuracies, business decisions made based on AI communications, or third-party system outages. Users assume responsibility for evaluating information received through AI-assisted communications.
14. Acknowledgment
By interacting with our services, you acknowledge and agree that you understand AI may be used in communications, that communications may be automated, that AI responses may not always be accurate, that AI does not provide professional advice, that you will independently verify important information, and that you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
